Technical Support - Upgrades

You may download the latest upgrade of the Commission Planner by filling out the form below. Please fill out the fields completely and accurately. Submissions containing invalid or incomplete data cannot be processed.

This upgrade is for Windows XP and Windows Vista. 

Once the processing is complete and you have received the Welcome Letter, download the software as follows and install according to the accompanying Welcome Letter instructions.  

Prior to downloading and installing, uninstall all versions of this program, making sure to save any required data files with ending in ‘.pln'  in a safe place.   

Once the uninstall is complete, delete all associated folder(s)  i.e.  c:\program files\cm5 or c:\program files\cm6.6 and restart your computer.  Then proceed with the download and installation.
